  • a Certificate of Achievement – awarded to all student volunteers
  • points towards the Westminster Award
  • the chance to nominate yourself for Student Volunteer of the Year

Voluntary work

You can also take on voluntary work – a more formal, contract-based role with a charity.

These roles often have fixed hours and set responsibilities, and may offer more training and support than regular volunteering. They also require a greater level of commitment.
